A name people can trust.
Family-run in Surrey since 2003, with a crew of 20+ experienced tradespeople. Built one job and one relationship at a time.
Our story
MJ Drywall started in 2003 with two tradesmen and an idea they kept talking about.
They came to Canada, learned the trade on other people’s job sites and worked their way up. Along the way they saw too many crews rushing, skipping steps and leaving clients to find the problems later. They knew people deserved better, and they knew they could do it better.
So they went out on their own and built the company they’d been talking about, run the opposite way. No corners cut. Every job done right, every time. Every dollar the business made went back into it: better tools, a bigger crew and the time it takes to train people properly.
More than twenty years later, MJ Drywall is still family-run, with the next generation working alongside the founders. Everyone on the crew is trained on the same values the company started with, and every project gets the same care, from a patch in a hallway to a full commercial build-out.
The goal hasn’t changed: give every client the best possible result, and build a name people can trust.
